Throughout the day, you will be nourished with seasonal ayurvedic dishes. The natural surrounding invite you to feel calm and grounded.
The day is an invitation to settle deeper into yourself, reflect, slow down, and reconnect. Through a combination of body-focused practices, breathwork, reflection exercises, and guided meditations you’ll have the opportunity to step out of your head and into your body.
As autumn unfolds, we are invited to consciously choose what to carry forward and what to release. Take this day as a mindful pause, a space to let go, gather clarity, and nurture yourself. embrace autumn as an invitation to root in stillness and release with intention.
