About the Workshop

This two-day workshop is a unique collaboration between Authentic Movement and Art Therapy.

Through Authentic Movement, the body becomes a gateway for listening and expression. With eyes closed, you are invited to follow the impulses of your body no choreography, no right or wrong. Each gesture is like planting a seed in the soil of the self; each pause is as meaningful as motion. In this safe space, hidden stories, emotions, and images can surface gently and without judgment.

In the second part, we turn to Art Therapy, working with metal wires as our medium. Bending, twisting, and shaping the wire mirrors our own movements: strong yet flexible, grounded yet open. This isn’t about making “perfect art,” but about giving form to what words cannot express.

Together we will create a caring space where silence turns into sound, stillness into flow, and personal experiences transform into collective creation.


Movement and art are interwoven as healing, as expression, and as a way of remembering yourself.
