Each day unfolds according to what your mind, body, and heart truly need in the moment. Some days may be quiet and reflective. Others may invite gentle movement, sharing, or deep inner exploration. About me:

Hello, I’m Nikita, and I am deeply honored to hold space for your journey here. My work is rooted in presence, connection, and holistic support—I walk with you as a guide, a mirror, and a compassionate witness to whatever arises within you. I use a variety of therapeutic and embodiment practices, always tuning into what you need in the moment, rather than following a fixed program.

I believe that every person has the capacity for deep insight, healing, and transformation, and my role is to create a safe, nurturing environment where this can unfold naturally. Whether you come one-on-one with me or in a small group, my intention is to support you in connecting with yourself, your body, your heart, and the natural rhythm of life.

~ Flexible arrivals: You can come whenever it feels right for you. Guests do not need to arrive on the same day, so your retreat unfolds according to your own rhythm.

~ Flexible format: Join completely one-on-one with me for a fully personalized experience, or in small, intimate groups of up to 4

~ Whether alone, with a friend, partner, or a small group, you are always supported in tuning into your own needs

~ Availability: mid-November to mid-March

~ Minimum duration: 5 days

~ Private or shared rooms available

~ Home-cooked meals tailored to your needs

~ Airport pick-up & drop-off available
