Playful Revolution Awkward Yoga PLAYTEST

Not your regular yoga class.
Playful Revolution is a movement for introducing more playfulness in our daily lives. In the new Awkward Yoga workshop we’re combining games and exercises from different disciplines of Movement Culture. Playfight, acroplay, animal flow, and of course physical games. Partner games, group games and maybe some improv games.
You will walk away with a newfound connection with yourself and the other humans around you. We might touch on some spirituality by accident so remember; always be the most spiritual person in the room.
Smile, it’s just yoga.

this is a first Playtest for the new program, so tickets are priced low to cover space rental. In a playtest we might take some more time to explore each exercise in different shapes and forms. Any feedback during and after the event is much appreciated to help further develop the program.
