🍃Welcome to the Ritual Dance - Trust 🍃

Do you trust me?
Do I trust you?
Do I… trust myself???

In the last Ritual Dance, the 5th element was discovered. To connect with that element, to connect deeper, a feeling of trust is requested. I invite us to take a step towards that trust, towards connecting deeper with others & with ourselves.

For me, being able to deeply connect with another, starts with deeply connecting with myself.
Being able to deeply connect with myself starts when I trust myself.
I trust myself when I surrender to what is living in the moment.
I surrender to what is living in the moment when I acknowledge all that I is moving through me.

In this Ritual Dance, I invite you to explore what it is to deeply connect through trusting, surrendering to, and acknowledging ourselves & each other.

🍃PROGRAM🍃

- 19:00 arrival and welcome
- 19:30 opening circle
- 20:00 Ritual Dance by Andrew Leigh (in English)
- 21:45 closing Ritual Dance and time for sharing

Registration for the Ritual Dance is necessary, because places are limited to 38 people.

🍃WHAT IS RITUAL DANCE?🍃

Ritual Dance is a dance experience where we come together in silence. From the silence we feel into ourselves, make eye contact with another dancer, show ourselves & recognize the other. The music is the invitation to go into spontaneous, free dance.

The concept of Ritual Dance is inspired by Ecstatic Dance and Ritual Play. As we only use body language & sound, we leave words behind. We dance barefoot, only drink water and let ourselves be carried away by the natural flow. There is a demarcated space (the field) and demarcated time (the music), in which we step into the unknown, to authentically follow our impulses in tune with the other.
