About this event

Op zondag 26 oktober heet Bas je van harte welkom bij een nieuwe Yin XL in de prachtige Mongoolse Yurt in de Twentse natuur.

Met deze keer thema de poortdagen:

Poortdagen zijn dagen waarop de kosmische energie sterk aanwezig is. Dit wordt veroorzaakt door het hoge aantal trillingen dat op die dag vrijkomt.

We starten met een korte mediatie om de poorten langzaam open te zetten. Aansluitend ga je in verschillende Yin yoga houdingen contact maken op diepere lagen in jouw systeem.

Wij sluiten af met wat lekkers en een kruiden thee

Er is slechts plaats voor 10 deelnemers.
