The Art of Resting is a guided journey inward that supports a deep feeling of connection and peace. As the sounds carry us inwards, the gentle massage helps loosen any tight tissue and find more softness in your body.
As the body unwinds and the mind begins to find peace we can melt even deeper into ourselves and the sounds can take us on a journey of healing.

Gentle Touch & Massage
As you settle into your practice, our team of masseurs will move through the space offering a nurturing touch and gentle massages. These moments of care are designed to deepen your relaxation, creating a sense of being held, supported, and at peace.
Program:
18:30 Walk-in & Tea
This is your moment to find the right spot for you and settle into the space. Please bring mats, and blankets to make lying doing as comfortable as possible. Tea will be served (bring your own cups).
19:00 Getting Settled & OM Chanting
A small introduction and guided practice by Karimu to set our intentions for the evening.
19:30 Sound Journey
Guided journey by Wynonna, Karimu and Don.
21:45 Silence & Integration

Restorative yoga supported by props for ultimate comfort

What to Bring:
We will provide matrasses, blankets, cushions for you to rest on. No need to bring anything except a tea cup!
