You’ve built the strength—now it’s time to refine the balance.
This workshop is tailored towards bit more experienced handstand practitioners ready to go beyond just kicking up. Together, we’ll focus on holding your handstand with more control and presence - first by working with the wall and transitioning into freestanding holds. There will be something for you to take home whether you are intermediate or an advanced hand balancer (we may even work on a press).
What sets this session apart is our focus on the nervous system and the brain’s role in balance. You’ll learn how to train your body not just through core and shoulder drills, but through smarter, more intuitive tools—like how your vision, inner ear (vestibular system), and proprioception work together to create real, lasting balance.
By tuning into these systems, we can literally reprogram how your brain processes being upside down—helping you feel more stable, less reactive, and more confident in your handstand practice.
