Your journey unfolds gently, beginning with grounding exercises, consent practices, and embodiment.
Together we create a supportive space, where each part of the experience is an invitation—you are free to participate or observe, guided by what feels right for you.

2. ACTIVATE YOUR SENSES 👃🫦
As the day progresses, you will be taken on a journey of sensation play. Explore sight, sound, touch, taste & smell, as if it were the first time. You can choose to blindfold yourself and have the team come by and tickle your senses.

3. FREE FLOW TEMPLE 🌊🛕
After guided exercises and experiences you enter a open free-flow.

What if I don’t want to be touched?
Touch is always optional, and each “no” is fully respected and celebrated here.

What if I feel uncomfortable?
You’re free to pause, observe, or step out at any time. This space is about honoring your comfort and autonomy.

What should I W e a r ?
Dress comfortably. And wear layers.
Think of lingerie, kimonos, ceremonial wear, anything you enjoy wearing (:

What are the Temple’s B o u n d a r i e s ?
I will decide depending on the group energy where the boundary lies. So by all means communicate with me if you have desires/ boundaries around this and it will be taken into consideration. Group safety has priority.🛑

Unable to a t t e n d ?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant.

What is a T e m p l e ?
A temple is an intentional space where we welcome a broad spectrum of expression. Your sexuality is welcome as well as your full range of emotion. We will decide as a group on the boundaries of event. The invitation is to have an open mind and dare to voice your boundaries.

What will the g e n d e r representation be?
We aim for gender balance. It could happen that the group is not perfectly balanced due to circumstances. We invite you to be creative with what arises and keep an open mind, while respecting your own boundaries.

What is the average a g e ?
We tend to have a wide range of ages joining. Most attendees are usually in their 30's.

How effected will I be after taking truffels?
We are going for a MICRO-dose, effects will be subtle. You should be able to fully function.

⚠️ Contraindications for Psilocyb.n :
- Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or a history of psychosis.
- Truffles may cause temporary increases in blood pressure and heart rate, posing risks for those with heart issues or hypertension.
- Microdosing is generally advised against during pregnancy and lactation due to limited research on effects.

4. Consent: All interactions are consent based. Which also means that there is always an opt out option for every exercise and interaction. An introvert corner will be available if you need personal time, as well as a release corner.

Ariana Lara Norcia is a tantrika and sensuality coach, with a mission to bring healing through exploring the taboo.
“My fascination is in transforming what is taboo into collective medicine.”

Ariana brings a unique blend of skills from her background in dance education, ThetaHealing, and biodynamic therapy. Since 2014, she has immersed herself in tantra and healing modalities like breathwork, Mayan abdominal therapy, the Wheel of Consent, and conscious kink. Through her work, Ariana challenges social norms and empowers individuals to reclaim their sovereign selves.
