With the fiery energy of Sagittarius and the loving guidance of cacao, we'll dive deeper into your sacred no.
We'll be doing a body-led boundary practice and going on an inner truth journey.
There will be somatic movement, breathwork and meditation as well as the opportunity to share if you wish. The whole experience is curated with carefully chosen music to deepen the experience. All exercises I offer, contribute to deep relaxation of the mind and sinking deeper in your body.
All you need is wifi connection and your cup of cacao (to bring in a thermos).
