In this healing workshop, all participants will join as representatives – there are no issue holder spots for this session.

This is a gentle yet powerful afternoon of healing.
You don’t need to bring a clear question or have any prior experience.
Just come with an open heart —
and you may discover that you are not alone,
that your inner self has been waiting to be seen and supported.

✨ Through interactive exercises and mindful body-based practices,
we’ll softly return to ourselves,
reconnecting with the wisdom of the body,
and touching the calm, strength, and love that already live within us.

We will also hold a Family Constellation, with the issue holder chosen by drawing lots.
I will guide the process and offer in-depth explanation of the dynamics and hidden patterns that appear,
so you can experience the depth of this work and better understand how systemic wisdom shapes our lives — often without us realizing it.

🌳 Location: A yoga studio on an ecological farm near the forest in Soest.
Peaceful, grounding, and easy to reach by public transport or car. Free parking available.

This afternoon is a gift of time —
to nourish yourself, to connect with others,
to understand your family system,
and to return to your center.

环境安静疗愈，交通便利，免费停车。
