The Breathwork training consists of 3 blocks of 3 days each, including evening programs. On the first day doors open at 9:15 AM, and the third day ends around 4:00 PM. Accommodation and meals are included.

Investment
The total cost of the breathwork training is €2095. The training is exempt from VAT. Accommodation, all meals, tea, coffee, snacks, and materials are included in the price, as well as guidance through The Presence Process via weekly Zoom sessions, emails & music playlists, and valuable written feedback on submitted reflection reports.
To reserve your spot, we ask you to purchase a deposit ticket of €200. (not available after January 20th). About 2–3 months before the start date, you will receive a payment link for the remaining amount. You may also choose to pay the full amount immediately.Description
This training is designed for people who want to work with the healing power of breath in practice or who wish to deepen their own personal development. It is also an excellent addition to existing professions that involve working with people (such as coach, therapist, psychologist, yoga teacher, meditation coach, caregiver, bodyworker, etc.). The profession of breath coach can also be practiced independently. No specific prior knowledge is required to participate in this training.
During this intensive training, you will receive theoretical knowledge about breathwork and be closely guided through deep breathwork sessions. Your personal process will also be part of the journey. Expert guidance is available throughout the program to advise and support you during this learning process. In the training blocks, you will practice guiding breathwork sessions yourself and also experience sessions as a participant in order to fully understand their impact. Various coaching techniques are used to help you reach a deep and transformative experience.
Over the course of the 3 blocks of 3 days, you will also be introduced to complementary disciplines such as coaching, energy work, sound work, and bodywork, which can be combined with breathwork. The breath coach training provides a solid foundation for giving individual breath sessions in your own practice or for assisting in group sessions as a facilitator.
The 9-day breath coach training concludes with a final session in which you put your learning into practice.
