Desert Dance: A Journey to the Heart of Stillness
Imagine stepping into the vast, magical expanse of the White Desert in Egypt - a place where the earth whispers ancient wisdom, and the rhythm of your heart aligns with the dance of nature. This is your invitation to embark on a 10-day journey of movement, connection, and self-discovery.
Together, we will explore the transformative power of the 5Rhythms® - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. These rhythms are a map of life itself, guiding you to reconnect with your body, emotions, and spirit.
In the desert, time slows down. You’ll ground yourself in the sand, feel the warmth of the sun, and surrender to the natural flow of the elements. This is a space to truly be - to move with the expansiveness, to rest in the stillness, and to rediscover the magic within and around you.

* A deeply immersive 5Rhythms practice in one of the most serene and awe-inspiring landscapes on earth.
* Connection with the elements - earth, fire, water, air, ether - and the vast starry sky.
* Time to explore, reflect, and connect, both individually and as part of a supportive group.
* Evenings spent under the stars, sleeping in your own tent, near or far from the base camp, as you desire.
* An introduction to Bedouin culture, guided by those who have lived and traveled in the desert for decades.
This retreat is lovingly offered by Rimke Pepers, a 5Rhythms teacher with over 10 years of experience together with guides who have a deep knowledge of this unique landscape.

Practical Details
Dates: November 15–24 2025
Location: White Desert, Egypt
Cost: €1490 (all-inclusive except flight, visa, and tips)
Shared Transfer: From Cairo Airport to Bahariya Oasis and back.
Prerequisite: 20 hours of Waves-level experience.
This journey also counts as 5 days of Waves® prerequisites for the 5Rhythms teacher training.
