⇲ Do you often feel overwhelmed ? Depressed without really understanding why ?

⇲ You find it hard to make friends with your fears, limiting beliefs ?
⇶ One of our biggest sources of pain is our feelings, and yet school didn’t teach us a way to get by. So we walk through life doing our best : sometimes repressing, sometimes exploding, sometimes drowning, sometimes breathing through it. Covering up with fake joy. And often trying to not put too much attention on our true feelings. And what does this do to us and to society at large ?
✨ In this class I will teach you a new framework : one where each one of your 4 feelings (anger, sadness, fear, joy) has its own purpose, its own wisdom and its own energy that we need in order to feel alive ! This means that we don’t repress our feelings, we don’t aim to control them and we don’t release them either. This means that we welcome anger, sadness and fear. This means that there are no positive and negative feelings.
Together we’ll start by creating our old map and new map of feelings. We’ll talk about the difference between feelings and emotions. And we will do exercises to practice and land distinctions.

This space is for you if you are ready to feel the full depth and intensity of your feelings. Resistance is ok, it will always be part of the journey, however you need a willingness to dive. This isn’t a theoretical space where we talk about our feelings from the mind, we will experience them in our body and in our heart !

Hi there, my name is Daphné. I am an authentic relating facilitator, possibility coach and artist.
I’ve been training extensively since 2020 in authentic relating, feelings work, art therapy, NVC and shadow work. I’ve been facilitating in Brussels and all over the world since 2019.
In my workshops, I create a safe space where everyone can ground themselves, feel, and reconnect with their true selves. My approach? Less theory, more transformative experiences. Because authenticity isn’t something you learn—it’s something you live.

The map of reactivity has been invented by the Possibility Management community. Our main purpose is to feel our feelings and use them to create the life we want. This means that we don’t repress our feelings, we don’t aim to control them and we don’t release them either. We feel the full depth of their intensity in order to integrate them. We use their energy where it’s needed. This is a new radical way of life where each one of the 4 feelings is welcomed and cherished. The 4 feelings are : anger, sadness, joy, fear.
