This live gathering is for women who feel the spin -
who’ve been giving, holding, doing, creating - sometimes without pause.
Women who are finding new ways to move through the world,
and are ready to return to something steady and real.

On Thursday 22 May, we meet to pause.
To breathe.
To move gently back toward our own rhythm.

What you’ll receive:
