For years, I have been on quest for peace and happiness in my life. A quest that has been exhausting and at times frustrating: why can't I find peace?!
I started to believe that being in a state of searching, struggling and working hard was my natural state. Or just life.
After a time of shedding in my life - people, things, possessions - and pealing off the layers of patterns, believes and stuck emotions, I finally realigned with my true inner state: one of peace, joy and love. In touch with the life force that guides us all.
Sharing the self-discovery practices and tools I have developed and used over the course of many years, is one of my greatest passions. Enabling people to live a life true to who they really are.
