Afterlight Circles offers intimate spaces to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself through guided, gentle group experiences
Afterlight Circles hosts small, guided group circle experiences for people who are moving through life transitions and need a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
Life transitions take many shapes; burnout, grief, loss, a career change, the end of a relationship, or simply the quiet feeling that something needs to shift. Whatever brought you here, our circles create intentional space to pause, to feel what's present, and to be witnessed by others who understand that healing isn't linear and that some things are worth carrying with care.
Each circle is guided and held with warmth, bringing together a small group of people who are ready to move a little more gently through whatever they're navigating. Our circles weave together a range of grounding practices including guided meditation, reflective journaling, spoken prompts, breathwork, and open sharing, creating a rhythm that invites both stillness and honest expression. No experience is needed. Just a willingness to show up.
Afterlight Circles was founded by Buket, a leadership development professional and coach who has spent years supporting people through change, both in organisational settings and in the more personal, human moments that don't show up on any CV. Her own experience of navigating transition is what brought the circles to life and what continues to shape the warmth and care with which every session is held.
We believe in the quiet power of being in circle together, of slowing down enough to actually arrive, of moving forward while still honoring what matters.
Afterlight Circles offers a gentle return to the light, with grounding, integration, and a sense of belonging for people in transition
